Rocky is our second generation home bred dog, who has had an incredible competitive season this year for such a young dog.

His awards to date are-

2nd Grampian puppy test – April 2023
1st NOS puppy test – May 2023
3rd in the novice and then 3rd in the open Grampian test – April 2024
2nd open GRCS – May 2024
1st Gordon District Novice trial (his first trial) – September 2024
1st SGA 2-day his second open trial October 2024
2nd GRCS AV 1-day – October 2024
3rd Strathmore 2-day – November 2024
Ran at the IGL Championship held at Combe Estate. He was the youngest dog to qualify. He made it through to day 3; unfortunately, he went out on his last retrieve. – November 2024
1st place at the Grampian gundog club making him FTCH – October 2025
2nd place at the Scottish gundog association – October 2025
3rd place at the Kennel club trial Emblehope and Bangor Estate – October 2025
2nd place with the Strathmore working gundog club at Gairnshiel – November 2025
1st Place at the IGL championship held at Lauder estate – November 2025
Rocky has also completed about 180 days picking up plus pigeon shooting and wildfowling as well as having a great temperament in the house and around the family.
